Hardwood

Hardwood flooring is offered in two styles: Engineered and Solid. Each style can be sanded and refinished. Engineered wood can be installed below, on, and above grade and has superior strength and moisture/humidity resistance and can be installed over radiant heat. Most of our woods are offered prefinished with a titanium oxide or aluminum oxide urethane
finish and are dried in a controlled factory setting. Wood is recommended in an environment where the moisture humidity levels are kept around 45% to prevent significant shrinking or expansion. Wood is a natural product that varies greatly in color, grain, and performance. Wood can be offered in wide plank or strip, with a beveled, eased, or square edge, a sleek high or low-gloss sheen to oiled or hand scraped for a rustic appearance. Most of our wood is FSC compliant and we offer a wide selection of domestically grown and harvested species.

Cork

Cork is a variety of the oak tree. It is a renewable product and makes beautiful flooring and has been used in public and private spaces for centuries. Cork can be glued in tile form or floated in planks. It is a beautiful, warm, and insulating floor with great sound deadening qualities among many.

Bamboo

Teragren bamboo offers only the finest quality and highest standard of bamboo flooring with a 25-year structural warranty. Not all bamboo is the same and Teragren's website offers a multitude of reasons that set them apart. Bamboo can be floated, nailed, stapled, or glued down and offers products for radiant heat compatibility as well as beautiful butcher block style countertop options.
